Zoom App

It is important for each participant to join the meeting using the Zoom app in order to have the full access to the content and controls.

The free Zoom App is available for Windows and Apple computers and Android and Apple mobile phones. We recommend you install and test the app right away so that you don’t need to do this when the meeting begins. You do not need to sign up for a Zoom account in order to participate. Please select one of the following:

• Download the computer app and select “Zoom Client for Meetings.”

• Download the iOS Mobile App for iPad or iPhone

• Download the Android Mobile App

Dialing-In

If this is your only option to join the meetings, please email the phone number you will be using to meetingadmin@lakeunion.org, so that you can be properly identified when you join the meeting.

Display Name

Please be sure your Display Name shows your first and last name in English, so that we can recognize you and admit you into the meeting from the Waiting Room.

Voting

Voting will take place either by consent, voice or using the polling feature built into Zoom. When a vote is called for, only respond if you are a member of the Executive Committee. Thank you!
