How we meet
The committee meets three times a year, in March, May and November. The November meeting is held in person. Other meetings are sometimes held on Zoom, and each participant receives the link by email.
When a meeting is on Zoom
Use the Zoom app
Join with the free Zoom app so you have full access to the content and controls. It works on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android, and you do not need a Zoom account. Install it ahead of time at zoom.us/download and test it before the meeting.
Dialing in
If a phone is your only option, email the number you will use to meetingadmin@lakeunion.org so you can be identified when you join.
Display name
Show your first and last name in English so you can be recognized and admitted from the waiting room.
Voting
Votes are taken by consent, by voice or with the Zoom polling feature. When a vote is called, only respond if you are a member of the Executive Committee.
